Looking to track your order? When your Order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from info@the-virtu.com with your tracking number included in it. Once you receive the email, enter your tracking number below to easily check on your delivery status.

Things to Keep in Mind:

We ship all orders with DHL courier. Dhl will provide you with an option to leave your parcel in a safe place, however we STRONGLY advise against doing this due to the high value of the items/order. Please do be aware that if you choose and authorise to leave your parcel safe without a signature, we are absolutely not able to refund/replace any lost items. We advise you to use the 'reschedule your order, Leave with neighbour or Deliver to a safe locker' option instead.
